Our proven 4 Point Process is the
most efficient way to take a web project from concept to launch.
You, the client will have one on one access to your project
manager throughout the development process. We've outlined
the steps we take to make your website a success:
1. Concept: This is the first step to any creative process. Once you
submit a site consultation request form, a project manager will
contact you, via e-mail about the scope of your web venture.
During this consultation, we'll answer any questions you have about
our company, service, or process and consult with you in depth about
your project. The information we'll gather from the discovery
session will include; design preferences, site functionality needs,
pages needed in the site, who your target audience will be, and a
budget, if advanced functionality is needed.
2. Design: Once we have a direction on how to design the site, and have
collected your logo (if you have one), content and graphics,
we begin the design phase of your project. The first
design is a test design (a 1 page design to establish the
fluid look, navigation and feel of your website). This
stage can take 7 to 14 days to complete. When
the design is complete you will be notified by your project
manager as to how to login to our "client site" and view
your test design. We will ask that you fill out our
feedback form to let us know what you think about the
design. If it is not what you had envisioned, we ask
that you be brutally honest in your feedback of what you
like and dislike about the design so, that the next test
design has more direction. We will repeat this process
as many times as necessary, until you are completely
satisfied with the look and feel of your new website.
When the design is approved by you, we will proceed to the
development stage.
3. Development: At this stage we populate your pages with the content you would have
provided for your site. Each page is built and linked together
with the other pages of your site. Any custom application
development would be completed at this point as well. Once
your site is completely built, your project manager will again
notify you to log into the "client site" to approve or request
additional changes to your site. If any additional changes are
needed in the content of the site, we will make the requested
changes and again ask you to login to view the completed site.
4. Launch! You have now approved the entire site and are ready to take it live
to the web. We would gather the email addresses you want
set-up, train you on any custom application features and launch your
site to the web.
